SHIPPING & RETURN POLICIES
Shipping Policy:
Orders ship from our location in the Minneapolis, MN area Monday-Friday within 2 - 3 business days from receipt of the order. Orders placed over a weekend will ship the following business day. We utilize USPS for our shipping needs. We are closed and orders will not ship on New Year's Eve, New Year's Day, Good Friday, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day and the Friday after, and from Christmas Eve through New Year's Day.
SHIPPING COST: We provide free standard shipping via USPS Priority shipping in the continental US. At this time we will not be able to offer expedited shipping.
PLEASE BE ADVISED: 1. Standard shipping does NOT provide a guaranteed delivery date. 2. The calculation of shipping days does NOT include Saturdays, Sundays or U.S. Postal Service holidays. 3. The calculation of shipping days does NOT include the day on which a package ships.
Be sure to calculate BUSINESS DAYS ONLY (M-F, no postal holidays) when calculating when your package will arrive.
Cragan's Crates does not ship to Canada or International locations.
Return Policy:
We guarantee our gift boxes. If you or the recipient are unsatisfied please contact us within 5 business days of delivery to discuss a replacement or refund. All refunded or replaced packages must be returned to Cragann's Crates within 15 days of delivery.
If 5 days have gone by since your delivery, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your items must be unused and in the same condition that you received them. They must also be in the original box and packaging.
A 20% restocking fee may be assessed for packages containing items opened or damaged by recipient. In the case that the customer does not contact Craagan's Crates within the 5 day period, no refund will be issued.
Packages are shipped via USPS. You will receive an email notification with your package tracking information. In the unlikelihood that a package is lost, the customer is not available to receive the package, or the package is refused, USPS will send an email notification to you. Ultimately it is the responsibility of the customer to notify Cragan's Crates within 5 days of expected delivery regarding the handling of the lost or returned package. Returned packages will be held by Cragan's Crates for 5 business days. Upon notification from the customer within (or before) the 5 day period, we will reship the package at the expense of the customer or we will refund the cost of the package minus shipping. Packages re-directed by USPS due to an incomplete or incorrect address may incur an additional fee. Please verify your shipping address and be sure to include apartment numbers or building names where appropriate. All shipping charges will be deducted from any refund offered.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at craganscrates@gmail.com
Gifts
If the item was received as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver.
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
